Table d’hote

The table d’hote menu is included in the base price. It consists of 4 services including soup of the day, entrée, a choice of 2 main dishes and dessert. The cuisine can vary using fresh, tasty, local ingredients. For our fishermen you can have your trout added to your dinner by having it smoked or fried without any additional charges or you can have your trout transformed into a tartare with a slight fee. If you want to treat yourself why not replace the dishes from the table d’hote menu for the dishes on our a la carte menu for an additional cost (starters, main courses, boards, desserts). You can spoil yourself on our gourmet menu specially designed by our chefs and eat a feast fit for a king, this experience is sure to get them taste buds tingling!

Due to where we are situated, in order to meet our culinary standards almost everything is homemade from our breads, to our pastas, the cured meats, the smoked meats, our velvety soups. We have a garden which supplies us with fresh fruits and vegetables which we try to use where possible. We also pick wild flowers and wild herbs and use it in our cooking where we can which makes each dish that some what more special.

Most of our dishes can be modified to a vegetarian or gluten-free version. It is essential to inform us in advance, before your arrival, of your intolerances, allergies and food specifications. On birthdays, we can highlight with candles at the time of dessert at the table d’hôte, or treat yourself to a spectacular cake for an additional fee (ask at the time of booking).

Soup, appetizers and desserts change on a daily basis which are inspired by the chefs, for the main dish there is a choice of 4 dishes 2 set choices the pasta and the fish and 2 which are the chefs choice which change every 2 days. You can mix your dishes each night of your stay or take your preferred dish again!

For the little Lords!

In order to meet everyone’s taste, the Chef thought of offering an adapted menu for the Little Lords frequenting the Triton dining room.

Soup: of the moment

Appetizers: appetizer of the day or raw vegetables

Main courses: Half portion of table d’hote dish or Panini, spaghetti bolo,

Side dish: fries for a $4 supplement

Desserts: dessert of the day or icecream

*All our dishes are dressed with a garnish of the moment. Feel free to ask your server or at the office for any specific information concerning our menu.
