Enjoy lunch at your leisure either at the Club House or in the natural outdoor setting The Shore Lunch provides. You can enjoy lunch prepared by our chef on a wood fire while our guides clean your fish. It will be our pleasure to accommodate your wishes and cook your fish on the grill if you would rather savor the trout that you have just caught.

Enjoy a nice, relaxing cocktail at our bar at the end of your day.

Dinner served between 7 :00 pm and 10 :00 pm

4-course table d’hôte dinners with two choice for the principal meal make up your dining experience for the evening. An à la carte gourmet menu is offered, for a little extra, for those with more discerning taste and who wish to savor regional delicacies. Upon request, you may have the pleasure of savoring your own grilled or smoked trout in our dining room.
