La Seigneurie du Triton is renowned for the quality of its service but also for its delicious cuisine that will satisfy the most refined palate from the simple table d’hôte to the refined a la carte meals, all in a vacation center amidst nature!
Nourishing breakfast to start the day well
Breakfast served from 7h to 9h is a buffet or a la carte. Nourishing and complete, it will fill you up with energy for the day’s activities.
Delicious lunch cooked on a wood fire
You can have your lunch where it is convenient for you, between 12h and 14h, at the Club House or the Shore Lunch in the middle of nature. La Seigneurie is pioneering with this service. The Shore lunch is Triton’s brand image and it allows you to enjoy the activities on the territory without the need to come back to the inn. It is located on the shore of lake Charité where a meal cooked on a wood fire awaits you. If you prefer to eat the trout you have fished, our chef will be happy to prepare them. It is also possible to get a lunch prepared at the inn and bring it with you on your excursions. In the evening, you can enjoy our bar and its nice choice of drinks to relax.
Table d’hôte and gourmet menus
The dining room at the Club House is open from 19h and you are welcome to your reserved table until 21h. The majority of the packages includes meals with table d’hôte which are of international inspiration. A menu for children is also available upon request. It is possible to upgrade your meal with the menu à la carte or with a gourmet meal package for a supplement.

Gourmet menu à la carte
The gourmet will be delighted with our chef’s gourmet specialties for a small supplement. You will discover regional and international refined meals expertly cooked.
Your catch of the day prepared to your taste
Upon request, you can enjoy in the dining room your specially prepared trout. They can be grilled or smoked in our Grizzly-Triton smokehouse or prepared as tartar (the later for a supplement).
